Jimmy is an Assistant Professor of Information systems and has over 15 years of teaching, research & consultancy work. Jimmy has substantial experience in information technology and systems, as well as information communications technology. Jimmy worked with Coopers & Lybrand as a consultant in the ICT field and gained substantial ICT consultancy experience. Jimmy has consulted for many organizations in both the public and private sectors in Kenya. He has experience in ICT policy in Electronic Health Systems. He also has experience in Kenya’s Health Reform initiatives and has played a key role in training health workers in the areas of capacity and institution building.
